In Germany, phone numbers may only be assigned to real companies or people with a matching address. The Bundesnetzagentur (the German telecom regulator) requires this. So we verify every account before you can buy your first number. A human reviews the details. We confirm the timeline during onboarding.

trunkbeam signupThe CLI asks for:
- company name and legal form
- business address
- contact person with name, email and phone number
- a short note on how you use the numbers, for example “AI phone assistant for booking appointments at medical practices”
You then get a confirmation link by email. trunkbeam login connects the CLI to your account.

If we reject
A rejection is not final. reason says what is missing, for example “Address is not within area code 089”. Submit the missing proof and we review again:
